TheSortingHouse - Sorting the amazing from the awful…
Lundi is Monday and Leopard is Leopard - in French!
Welcome to the Lundi Leopard, where each Monday I bring to you a leopard print nail design. This week I dug out my one and only dip into the Holographic nail polish craze, Gosh Holographic Hero. Stay tuned later in the week where I will swatch and review (yes I’m very late to the party) Gosh Holographic Hero, just in case you were under a rock all this time.
Keep reading to find out how I achieved this Holographic Metallic Leopard Print Nail design. As always you can Shop the Look near the end of the post. Don’t forget to get in touch, you’ll find all my deets under the Over to You section. There’s an index menu to the right hand side to help you navigate.
Holographic Metallic Leopard Print Nails
Holographic Leopard Nails
I started with a base of L’Oreal 7 in 1 Saviour La Manicure, before painting 2 coats of Gosh Holographic Hero.

I then used a large dotting tool to splodge H&M Play It in random places on the nails.

Holographic Gray Leopard Nail Art
Using a smaller dotting tool, I outlined those splodges with random C shapes and dots in Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Black Platinum.
Holographic Grey Leopard Nail Art
I then sealed it all with a coat of Seche Vite Fast Drying Top Coat and it’s as easy as that!
Holographic Metallic Leopard Nails
I really love how this Holographic Metallic Leopard Print Nail design turned out. The contrast of the Gosh Holographic Hero base, with the almost khaki shimmer creme H&M Play it, and Sally Hansen Black Platinum twinkling dark grey creates a perfectly classy leopard print nail design.

P.S. Excuse the excess shine, my poor cuticles are suffering in this cold weather! For those who care, it’s Sally Hansen Cuticle Oil, I’m undecided on this oil, do you love it? Let me know in the comments.
