Samsung Smartphone Year 2013 will use 3GB RAM
A photo of a Samsung phone prototype leaked, shows 3GB RAM label attached to the mobile phone. In addition, this phone has no buttons appear at the bottom. Of course this is not yet certain, but it may be both of these features can appear in the next Samsung flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S IV.
Samsung Galaxy S III is currently still using 1GB of RAM, while the Note II already uses 2GB of RAM and is expected to become a standard feature on smartphones, top-class smartphone that will soon arrive as LG Optimus M for example. Thus, 3GB RAM is a possibility which is quite reasonable, as well as a smartphone without buttons, where the Galaxy Nexus was first used.
