Henry Cavill Shows Us What’s Under His Robe on Batman v Superman Set

The other day we posted photos from the set of Batman v Superman that showed Henry Cavill on set wearing a robe of some sort.  You could tell that he had his Superman costume on, but it was mostly covered.  Thanks to MTV we now can see him in all his glory with the robe open.

The first thing that jumps out to me is how different the colors are from his Man of Steel costume.  They look much more like what I would expect in a Superman costume.  

However, if you compare the colors above to the official first look at the costume you can see that the colors are vastly different.  If you remember, Christopher Reeve wore a costume that was almost teal in real life, but looked perfect on screen.  Plus, it looks like he has painted on muscles along the legs of the costume, which I’m sure won’t show like that in the actual movie.  Until I see more footage of it I am going to assume it will look more like the photo below:
