Basic Overview and Information of Allergies
WebMD is always a good place to start. They have a lot of information about allergies overview, types of allergies, allergy treatments, and more.
Natural Allergies Relief
Wellness Mama has a great list of 7 Natural Remedies for Allergies Relief. I've heard of all of them and tried all of them, except for the quercetin. I have a few friends who swear by quercetin though. They say it's a miracle!
Angioedema Information
The Mayo Clinic Website has a lot of good information on Angioedema. I have had this since I was 9 years old, so there will probably be a lot of talk on here about it.
Facebook support group for Angioedema
On facebook, there is a support group for people with Chronic Recurring Idiopathic Angioedema if you need support or someone to talk to about it. I found this group very valuable for me because we've all been there and we all know each other is going through.
Anaphylaxis Information and Symptoms
The Auvi-Q website has great information on anaphylaxis. I really liked the section about common symptoms of anaphylaxis. If you scroll down, there is a person outline and blue boxes to the left that you can click on to show the body systems that it affects. They even have a symptoms of anaphylaxis flash card that you can print out.
Allermates Allergy Awareness - Safeguarding Kids
I love Allermates Products. I know it's for kids but they really have some great products. I even bought their EpiPen Case and I take it with me everywhere I go. If you have kids with allergies, or if your a kid at heart with allergies (like me!), this is the allergy store for you. They even have fun kid wrist bands to alert others to allergies, asthma, vegan, and even autism!
