- Avoid lift and escalator in a building/office and take steps instead.A simple move like this may help you to be healthy.
-Never avoid any small discomfort in heart.If you experience any difficulties in breathing or pain in chest immediately consult a doctor .Never take medicine without doctor's prescription for heart-related pain.Also, check blood pressure regularly and take medication correctly if needed.
