Here is one cake that incredibly reminds me of Nutella cream. Just look at it, so sticky, creamy and yummy…I wouldn’t miss it for the world. My son would eat it in a few moments. I always have to double the portion of ingredients to make sure that the amount will be enough..for me too
Don’t think that if it is vegan it’s bad, on contrary…The cake rocks!
Ingredients(makes 5 2×3-inch frosted cakes):
- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder, divided
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
- 1 medium avocado
- Crushed hazelnuts for garnish
