The third day of blogmas was a write-off for me. I was so tired and hungover that I couldn't bring myself to do anything other than eat and nap. I enjoyed my wild weekend but I don't think I'd be doing 2 nights out in a row again anytime soon. I can't just hack it anymore.
Anyway, I'm joining back in with Blogmas now...
On Saturday (whilst hanging out my arse), I popped into Lush to have a look at their Christmas collection. I know it's a cliche but I LOVE lush! I love the smell of it when you're approaching the door, I love the colours and the glitter of all the bath bombs, I love the bowls they have around with demonstrations of how the bath bomb looks in water and I really like that I spent £20 (ish) on bath bombs for myself whilst hungover and feeling very sorry for myself!
I was a little disappointed that their Christmas collection wasn't displayed together, they were mixed together amongst the usual bath bombs. Looking at the website there is a lot more to the Christmas collection than I saw in the Solihull branch - I can imagine this will be down to them selling out of the Christmas stuff as it was rammed in there.
After rushing to the display of bath bombs and picking up any Christmas themed bath poduct I could find, I brought The Snowman bubble bar which has sadly lost his eyes and a few buttons. This smells so fresh! I can't wait to have the bubbliest bath with this!
I also picked up The Magic Of Christmas bubble bar. This is probably the one I'm most excited to use. It smells just like Christmas - spiced and fresh! I'm also really excited for a glittery bath!!! Plus, how incredible does it look?
Next up was the Golden Wonder bath bomb. This smells really fruity and sweet, it's really big so I can imagine this can be one you can break up and use in more than one bath.
Finally, I picked up the Snow Angel bath melt. This has some serious glitter attached to it, my bed is now covered in glitter after taking these pictures! I can tell this is going to be a moisturising one, when holing it in my hands it started to melt a little on my fingers - again like anything from Lush, it smells amazing.
I haven't had a bath with any of these yet but be sure to keep an eye on my Insta-stories (@teaantoastblog) as I'm sure they'll be making an appearance on there when I do use them.
Lush bath bombs will make an excellent stocking filler or a little gift for someone who enjoys a little at home pamper. Looking at their website they do some really good gift sets as well, some a little expensive (but if you've got a bath lover then I guess it's worth it) and some for less than £10.
