Hi All,
Just wanted to say happy new year and welcome to the Chinese year of the snake! I am a big fan of not only animal inspired clothing but also the Chinese New Year celebrations and the symbolism of their predictions! Don’t get me wrong, I can’t stand horoscopes and the like, mainly because I simply don’t believe in them, but there is something different about these symbols and their links with the astrological changes.
So what’s for the year ahead?
Most astrological websites are suggesting that the symbolism of the snakes is wholly positive, a new outlook for change and a refreshing of the old! I love this and I think we all need a little more positivity in our lives!I also like the notion that the snake is an open minded creature that is clever in keeping itself ahead of the predators – this can only bode well for us and hopefully be a year that we all become strong!
So happy new year everyone and I do hope that the snake will bring us all happiness and prosperity!
