I’m all about the BBQ Chicken sandwich at Salinas City BBQ these days. With a hefty drizzle of spicy bbq sauce and potato salad.
The spicy bbq sauce is key!
And I’m quite the potato salad snob, I’d venture to say this is my most favorite potato salad…. EVER!
If any of you ever come to Salinas to hang out with me, I promise, this is where we’re goin’.
We always finish the BBQ Friday tradition with cookies from Peninsula Bakery.
