It's Monday!! I have a navy with shimmer to share with you from H&M for Monday Blues.
Why So Blue required two coats for full opacity; it has a good formula. On my accent nail, I did some stamping over white using the Cici & Sisi 02 stamping plate. I used the lead lighting technique with some jelly polishes that I recently purchased from Just By Ricarda.
