GumiGem Review

By Ourbabyblog @OurBabyBlogx
If you're a mommy you will probably now be aware that wearing jewelry when you have a baby isn't really that practical, rings you might just be able to get away with but when it comes to necklaces, defiteley not, you may worry that baby will tug and break it, hurt themselves or chew on it during those teething times, luckily there is a solution to help baby and also help mommy to wear jewelry again..This product is by GumiGem, a company that specialise in teething jewellery! A must-have for those who love their jewellery!

"Our jewellery has been designed by a mother who experienced the very same problems when having her own baby. And while it's not a major issue, why should we compromise on these accessories if we don't have to? Especially when they provide more than just a solution to wearing jewelry again!"

We were sent this gorgeous Gumidrop teething necklace to test out, when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how pretty it was, including the packaging! The texture of the pendants are perfect for baby's gums and Abbie loved having something to chew on whilst I was holding her (my fingers are now off the menu! Yes!), plus I sometimes wear it when she's nursing to stop my chest getting scratched and pinched! She has a really good chew on it every day and it's actually made her a lot calmer, she even smiles when she sees I'm about to put it on :).

I also have to mention the size of the pendants, they're the perfect size for her, not too big that she struggles to grip it properly but also not too small she has to cram the entire lot in her mouth :).I highly recommend this necklace for any mummy, baby or toddler. Check out their website for even more gorgeous designs, including bangles which can be used from birth onwards and also dribble bibs, baby toothbrushes and teething toys! Plus special teething sets to help you save some money too :)

*Important - Please  ensure your baby or child only uses the necklace when it is being worn by an adult, this is to avoid risk of strangulation due to the long cord. As with all jewelry this is not a toy.
