Grilled Pesto Pork Chops

Who doesn't love a great pork chop recipe? I'm constantly asked to make more recipes highlighting the "other" white meat, delicious, budget friendly pork! Pork chops are one of my favorite cuts of meat, they're perfect for weeknight dinners, and special enough for a fancy dinner. I love bone in pork chops, they always have more flavor and moisture.

This grilled pesto pork chop recipe is such a simple way to use up something I always have in my freezer, pesto! Herby, garlicky, cheesy pesto is so much more than a condiment to throw on bread or pasta, it makes an awesome marinade. I slather center cut pork chops with a rich pesto marinade, then grill them to lock in the delicious flavor. Next time you need a way to remix your tired pork chop recipe, try this! I'm sure it'll become a staple in your home.
