Granola ready for the oven. This is rolled oats, quinoa, chopped walnuts and cashews, shaved coconut and chopped apricots. A pinch of rose Himalayan rock salt and 3 tbsp maple syrup. I also sprinkled a little cinnamon on top too. Oven bake for 20 mins or until golden. 

I love smoothies,  raw oats,  chia pots and all that business but sometimes, you just gotta have crunch! And this baby more than delivers. Plus it’s super healthy. No messing about, just a few ingredients and it’s tasty deliciousness.
