The bar menu entices to experiment – the ever-so-tasty Flatbread toped with cured pigs cheek, caramelized onions, taleggio cheese and basil pesto provides the first clue of culinary delight.

Comfortably seated in humbled settings, sights drawn from lamps and fittings of a vintage past. Gordon Ramsay’s appointed Head Chef Gilles Bosquet is on hand to introduce the menu, featuring comfort-inducing British and European cuisine from around the region. First off, a delicious Sea Bass Carpaccio with avocado, horseradish and fresh ginger stimulates the senses. Taken from the bar menu are two out-standing dishes: tamarind spiced Chicken Wings (crusty on the outside, uber-tender on the inside) and honey glazed Beef Short Ribs (off-bone and cubed) with pomelos and scallions.
