I have been dithering over whether to invest my hard earned cash into what really is a curious hunch. I did a post a couple of weeks ago about Chinese devices and how cheap they are compared to devices that we can easily buy in our own countries. My post gave an example of the HTC one copy called the HDC one, see what they did there! A link to that post is here.

After quite a lot of research and Chinese site translations I finally made a decision and went for the goophone i9. If you are to do your own investigations then you will find that 90% of the phones are pretty much the exact copies of phones we know and love, galaxy s3, HTC one, and the ones we don't love so much, the iphone. I went for the goophone because it isn't one of these copies. After there successful iphone 5 knockoff they have decided to produce a phone of there own design, and I think it's looks are pretty nice, even though there's only so many ways you can deign a phone. It's specs match all of today's phones. It has quad core processor, 1 GB ram, 8GB rom, 1280x720 HD, 5.7 inch display etc etc. All for the lovely sum of £133.47. Now you have to admit that is good value. This is my first purchase of a device like this and I still have a couple of reservations about it's overall quality.

I know its cheap I just don't want it to feel too cheap. Saying that I had a Samsung galaxy s3 and I though that felt cheap for the £500 I paid.Anyhow I'm looking forward to getting my hands on it. I'll write down my findings and report back.
