Google+ Users More Satisfied Than Facebook Users

This is the conclusion of a satisfaction survey conducted by the United States in which ForeSee + Google tops the ranking of social networking while Facebook is in last place.

The results of the index of U.S. consumer satisfaction (American Customer Satisfaction Index or ACSI Customers), Facebook ranks last in the ranking of social networks while Google+ occupies the head tied with Wikipedia.

Pollution advertising 

The satisfaction survey that was conducted by ForeSee credits the Google’s social networking a satisfaction rate of 78% while Facebook is 61% (-7.6% yoy). Google is valued for the lack of publicity, the emphasis on privacy and better mobile experience. Facebook members complained about confidentiality, advertising and interface changes including the latest with the introduction of the Timeline.

“Facebook and Google + compete on two fronts: the user experience and market penetration. Google + easily won the first while Facebook easily won the second, for the moment, “said Larry Freed, CEO of ForeSee.
