Google Buy Nik Software, Snapseed Application Builder

Nik Software After Facebook bought Instagram several months ago, now turn to Google moves to acquire a company like that Nik Software. Nik Software has stood for a dozen years has made some photography software like Color Efex Pro which is a photo filter app for the PC, and Dfine which provides a set of extensions filter for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and Aperture software for Apple. However, the main aim of Google in acquisition time was Snapseed.
Snapseed Snapseed is an application for the iOS-like Instagram or Pixlr-o-matic. This application award-winning iPad App of the Year in 2011, and has 9 million users in its first year. Nik Software Snapseed has also prepared applications for Android but not yet released.

Details of the deal were not disclosed, but Vic Gundotra of Google says that it wants to help the users of Google to create a photo they like completely, and as far as is known, Nik has done it better than others.
