These are absolutely delicious! For a girl who has to be gluten free not by choice but by allergy, I'm constantly craving normal people food like pancakes and breads. But because those foods aren't always the most tasty when it comes to being gluten free, I sometimes have to improvise and branch out on my own. I was CRAVING pancakes at the beginning of this week and decided and venture to the kitchen and make my own. My parents had stocked me up with fresh blackberries from the local farmers market.
