As you can see I love jewelry and lots of it, I have everthing in my collection from costume to fine elegant peices. The picture above is what I like to call my jewelry dresser because that dresser holds nothing but jewelry. Here’s what I love about Jewelry, you can throw on a turtle neck and some jeans and if you add the right peice of jewelry it instantly becomes a knock out outfit. It’s all in the accessories, you can dress any outfit up with the perfect handbag, the perfect shoes, and some knock out jewelry. I like statement peices because I like to stand out. Yes, I mildy suffer from attention seeking behavior disorder but I do it with my style. I like peices that I will see nobody else wearing and as you can tell by all the pink boxes stacked on my dresser, Betsey Johnson gives me exactly what I’m looking for. My taste ranges from the cheap to the expensive and everytime I wear my peices someone never cease to ask me “Girl where did you get that”?
It was my intention this passed weekend to do an inventory of what I have and get rid of the peices I don’t wear, but of course that didn’t happen. In my case, it seems like the more I get rid of the more I end up with. I wonder how that happens….hmmm? This weekend I discovered Zappos, yes I’ve heard of it before but never bought anything from there. I don’t know how I ended up on there but I window shop on the internet a lot, so no telling what exactly brought me there. I ended up looking at the jewelry and found some super cute stuff. So now I have no choice but to purge …..well at least that’s what I’m telling myself!
1) Noir Feather Collection Statement Necklace – Super Cute but Highly overpriced, I don’t think I will spend $129 smackers on this necklace but it’s super CUTE.
2) Vince Camuto Leather Loop Earrings- I’m a huge fan of the “rocker chic” look so anything that leather and studded, I’ll buy $42.00 a little pricy but definitely edgy.
3) Betsey Johnson Crystal Heart Earring- Hey its Betsey!
4) Guess Charm Bracelet with Rhinestone Heart and the matching earrings at $25.00 a peice you can’t go wrong! make a super cute Valentines gift as well.
5) Marc Jabobs Charm Bracelet - Who can resist Marc, This is my favorite and I would actually drop the $98.00 for this bracelet…hmmm maybe a Valentines Day Gift to myself.
