Today I choose happiness and this yellow pant-suit screams all things happy. Well, this isn't exactly a pant-suit that I just bought off-the-rack, but over a course of time I bought two separate pieces that when paired together looked like a set. Call it a coincidence or merely my recent infatuation for yellow clothing items- I'm loving how the two separates came together to create a strong statement look.
The blazer being a double-breasted one, I could have gotten away without wearing a blouse inside and without exposing as well, but the suit itself looked plain, hence the striped blouse. Refer to it as the nature of the beast: I had to add a pop of color via those pink flats. A new addition to my closet, these were a gift from Zappos. They were love at first sight and have certainly become my first choice for comfy shoes. I have worn them almost a hundred times from the time they came into my life. Not only this, they have also accrued at least a gazillion compliments from strangers so far- totally deserving.
I would certainly wear this outfit in a jiffy, how about you ??
