I’m getting really excited about going to Nicaragua now. Frankly, I’m starting to get sick of the normal routine.
- Wake up, check the surf cams and magicseaweed.
- Get annoyed that once again there is no surf.
- Have a look at the weather reports and get excited that finally THAT high pressure system is moving off and some surf MIGHT be possible
- High pressure system moves off, tides look right, wind shifts direction to on-shore
If you’re a surfer you’ll know this routine very well and it starts to get you down after awhile.
But it won’t be like that for me for two weeks in January.
For 10 days I’ll be in Nicaragua on one of Rob Barbers bodyboard camps.
