Did you know that toxins contribute to 45% of your body fat? Every human body is naturally equipped to get rid of the toxins and waste in the blood stream. However due to some lifestyle habits and diets the body is unable to get rid of the toxins. Toxins often get collected in the body when it digestive system and kidneys are not functioning properly.

Here are some tips that will help to correct the irregularity in the body and also detoxify it

  • Water-Water is the best drink to get rid of toxins of the body. It is also the best form of detoxifier. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday will detoxify the blood and flush out the waste from the digestive system. It also helps the skin look radiant.
  • Lime detox-Lime water detox is a very effective way to detoxify and losing weight. The body’s toxins are flushed out in a few weeks of time. This diet is followed by many celebrities when they want to lose weight quickly.
  • Eating right-Start eating healthy and eat more of fruits and vegetables. Usually vegetarian diets consist a lot of fiber that are beneficial for the digestion process. They also help the kidneys to flush out the toxins and waste from the body.
  • Avoid junk food-Most of the toxins get collected in the body by eating processed foods. Foods that are high in salt, oil and sugars are difficult to digest for the body. Hence they form a toxic waste and convert themselves into fat.
  • Grapes-Green and black grapes have great detoxifying capabilities. They have antioxidants in them which can get into the organs of your body and throw out the toxins. Since they are rich in fiber they excrete the fat from the body very easily.
  • Green tea-Green tea is a great source of antioxidants that are good for flushing out the waste from our blood system. Green tea is also good for the skin and hair. It helps you lose weight and also gives you a good body texture at the same time.
  • Exercise-Moderate exercise everyday keeps you body active. An active body can digest what you eat more efficiently. Sweating while exercising causes the body waste to come out of the system and keeps the body free of odor.
  • Deep breathing-Deep breathing exercises activate the kidney and spleen functionalities. The oxygen helps the kidney to take out the waste in a better way.
  • Vegetarian diet-Go on a vegetarian diet for a week. This will help the body to get a good source of nutrients to clean itself. The body is capable of flushing out the toxins when it gets the essential fiber and vitamins to clean itself.
  • Sugarless diet-Go on a complete sugarless diet. Avoid adding sugar even in health beverages or juices. A sugarless diet for a week or 10 days can help you lose considerable amount of weight and help you have a clean body.
