After completing our 30 day challenge of clean eating and super focused working out, we issued ourselves the next challenge: Run a 10k! The Scotland Run is Saturday, April 6, 2013 in Central Park and we are putting together a MKB team!

The plan is to train for the race for the next 6 weeks, supporting each other and collectively ensuring we are training properly and then on April 6th, we run the race and celebrate with a great brunch with mimosas and laughs! All while being healthy, getting fit and preparing for spring and summer (short shorts and bikinis)!
