Get Excited for Aruba's Best Beaches
When it comes to planning a trip to the Caribbean, we cannot help but think of white, sandy beaches and getting our feet wet.  Luckily the Caribbean is full of many wonderful islands that can help make this happen, with one of the top ones being none other than Aruba!
This tiny island, just 20 miles long and 6 miles wide, is known to have near constant temperatures year round and misses out on the annual hurricane season that other Caribbean islands endure!  For travelers this means wonderful beach weather no matter when you need a vacation, a perfect solution for over planners like us and last minute travelers alike.
But what beaches are worth visiting when it comes to Aruba travel?  Check out three that are on our top must-see list.
Baby Beach
Do not let the name fool you, Aruba's Baby Beach is not just for the young ones.  This bay is protected from the ocean's currents by a near complete connection of land in the shape of a sphere.  Only a small break in the land allows the sea to enter and depart with the tide, leaving a gentle bay in its wake.
As the ocean's current has a limited impact on the beach, the depth of the water off the shore increases gradually.  The result is the unique ability to walk out away from the sand for quite a considerable distance before the water comes to shoulder height.
For those willing to venture out to the inlet of the bay, where the water is a little deeper, a stunning snorkeling scene is your reward.   Many fish call this area home including barracuda, angelfish, eel, squid, and more!

Eagle Beach
If you are wanting to find Aruba's top beach, look no further than Eagle Beach.  Often rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world, Eagle Beach boasts white sand and crystal clear waters.
But while the beach is what calls most visitors to Aruba, there are far more things of interest than just lying out and reading a book (although that is enjoyable, too)!  In fact, Eagle Beach is the nesting grounds for four different turtles including Leatherback, Loggerhead, Green, and Hawksbill.  So after a long day at the beach it is an enjoyable activity to watch the baby turtles make their way to the ocean to start their new life at sea!

Palm Beach
The resort area on Palm Beach is a 2-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches that all visitors go to in order to play.  With a number of amazing water sports, clear water, and great restaurants to choose from you could spend an entire trip just on this one beach without running out of things to do!
Whether you are looking to head out to a beach to swim, relax with a nice book, or try out adventure activities, a trip to Aruba should definitely be on your radar like it is on ours.  After all, where else can you go and get so much in a single destination?
