Get a slimmer face with simple effective yoga moves!

Do you feel uncomfortable with a chubby-baby-round face? Then there are few daily-to-do yoga exercises that can shape your face within a few weeks.

For every girl, her smile makes the best attraction. But this is also an exercise in changing the mood and look. To do this, close your mouth and smile widely. Hold you pose for 10 seconds and release it. You may do it for 7-10 times.

This is a mouthwash technique that tones your cheek keeping the double chins at bay. For this, you have to fill your mouth with air and transfer it from one side to the other just like mouth washing. Repeat this for few minutes and relax.

The 'X' n' 'O' is the best exercise to get the cheeks in proper shape and melt excessive fats. Be sure you do this exercise for about 7-10times (10 seconds). Now release n' repeat the move.

The fish face helps in stretching the cheek muscle making it less flabby giving a sleek-look. While doing this exercise you may feel slight burn in your cheeks and jaw. It's better to relax and repeat it.

The chin lift technique or the neck extension move, perhaps help in getting rid of double chin and stretch the throat, jaw and neck. To do this exercise, stand or sit comfortably and tilt your head up to the ceiling. Close your lips tightening them and stretch them as if kissing the ceiling. Hold on for a couple of seconds and release. Repeat it for few times.

This looks like a lip pull technique isn't it? Doing this makes your face look younger and sleeker. For this, sit comfortably and lift your lower lip n' push the upper lip, stretching them makes the chin and jaw sit in shape.

Simha mudra otherwise as the called lion pose is one of the best asana for the face that tones and stimulates the face muscles giving a slim look. For this exercise kneel down and drop your jaw open and tongue outward as a lion. Breathe through your mouth and repeat it for couple of times.
