Confessional Time.
I’m a geek. Yes, I have been for a long time now and no use hiding this fact anymore. If pure geekery is not your style, you may want to skip this post.
If you are a citizen of Geekdom, you may pass.
Okay, so I’m all caught up now!I’m talking about Marvel’s Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

I was behind two episodes and finished the episodes called “The Well.” To me, the show is starting to mature after a few bumpy starts. As with any show, one has to get use to the characters, their back story, and different quirks (takes awhile to build up to actually caring about the characters like Smallville). The driving point of any good show is conflict and if the show don’t have this element, the show will fall flat as week old soda. Conflict has been consistent and the writing is both sharp and well-executed.
I am curious to see how the show is going to explain Coulson’s Tahiti trip. There is indeed something more than meets the eye. A lot of fans are suggesting that Coulson is either a clone or he is Vision.

Now this is a stretch for me because he doesn’t fit the mold of Vision (although this theory here brings up excellent points). I would not rule out the Life Model Decoy (plus the detective in me wonders if the decoys have memories and feelings as well).
On another note, I am intrigued by Skye. Some fans are suggesting that she is Jessica Drew a.k.a. Spider-Woman.

They suggest this theory because she was a double agent. Ahh. I don’t see this being a plausible theory anymore because I was thinking that Rising Tide was HYDRA.
The season is still young so anything can happen! I foresee this show being around a long time (hopefully longer than The Cape…cough, cough).
So what are your thoughts? Have you watched the show?
