Superman/Batman has it’s Wonder Woman. Warner Bros officially announced today that Gal Gadot has been cast to bring our favorite Amazon to life. Gal has been seen in the past few Fast and Furious movies and was also a 2004 Miss Universe contenstant.
“Wonder Woman is arguably one of the most powerful female characters of all time and a fan favorite in the DC Universe,” Snyder said. “Not only is Gal an amazing actress, but she also has that magical quality that makes her perfect for the role. We look forward to audiences discovering Gal in the first feature-film incarnation of this beloved character.”
So there you have it. Gal will join Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck in the Man of Steel sequel that is scheduled to be released in 2015.
