The mini portable charger by LIFEGUARD that I received to review is just like carrying a lipstick case in my handbag! It is small and light, and yet efficient. It is about 4″ long by 1″ x 1″ square width and the exterior is wrapped in a sturdy metal case. All I have to do is charge it overnight, and it gives me two times the charge of my iPhone.
The LED light on the charger glows red when it is recharging and the light goes off when full. That gives me a good indication if it is fully charged. It comes with an Apple compatible cord that is not too long but works fine without any unnecessary dangling. It takes roughly about 1.5 hours to charge an iPhone from 0 to 100% - which is ideally not very fast, but for its size and weight I think it is still quite powerful. It has 3000 mAH capacity, and I believe it can be used up to 800 times before the its internal battery dies. I've also tested this with my iPad and Android phone and it worked just fine.
Overall, for the price it seems like a very good product. Plus, this seller is excellent to work with. I feel safe and secure and I carry this everywhere with me! Nothing stops me from using my cell phone a lot.. BTW, it comes in three colors.. and I hope you found this review useful.
