Outfit: Top- Lilly Pulitzer, Skirt- Lilly Pulitzer, Boots- Stella, Bracelet- Bourbon & Boweties, Necklace- via EtsySouthern staples are my favorite. Any outfit I can wear cowgirl boots with, y'all already know is one I love. The scalloped gingham skirt is one of my purchases from the Spring 2013 collection. I wish that they had designed this style skirt again in Lilly's collection this year. I'm glad that I picked it up when I did because of how perfectly it pairs for the Spring/Summer season. This outfit was one that I picked out because the heat is starting to get up there (yes this was on a 97 degree day) and I simply did not want to wear clothes. Unfortunately it's not socially acceptable to wear your birthday suit in public so a skirt and silk blouse combination was the next best thing. The blouse is so lightweight that you can barely tell its on and the skirt doesn't hug so you don't have that sense of being "constricted."
