I'm feeling kind of crappy today and all I wanted when I got home was lots and lots of fruit.  So I made a massive fruit salad with pears, pineapples, strawberries, and blueberries plus some feta cheese and pepitas.  Delicious, although maybe even a little too much fruit if such a thing is possible :)  Also served with a frozen bean burrito and some frozen broccoli - you know you're exhausted when it's too much work to cut up fresh broccoli in your crisper and you save the 30 seconds by using frozen. :)
