It's 5 Ingredient Friday and I'm here to share this breakfast parfait I whipped up with a custom blend of granola I created over at Bear Naked Custom Granola.
I customized my order with cashew butter, cacao, and tiny chocolate chunks so I could make a breakfast parfait for the holiday season. After all, pomegranate is most affordable this time of year and makes such a colorful (not to mention super healthy) addition to my parfait bowls.
If you want to get wild and crazy with your granola, you can order chef's blends like chocolate, strawberry, and jalapeno, or how about a savory Mediterranean mix of olives, kale, basil, and oregano? Ingredients are Non-GMO Project verified (not genetically modified), and though not all ingredients are certified organic some are. You can choose organic options on the website.
The granola comes with custom packaging (I loved the Mother Rimmy on the label!) making them terrific for holiday hostess gifts. Even better, they don't charge for shipping costs and at $9.99 a container this granola is worth every penny. If you'd like to try a package you can order with 10% off using the code READ065.
Shake It Up!You can serve any fruit in these breakfast parfaits. Berries and bananas would be a kid pleaser or use any in-season fruit from your produce counter. Mr. Mike likes his breakfast parfait served for after dinner dessert with a pile of whipped cream on top (I guess that makes it a dessert parfait for him). Why not, right? It's the holiday season so we can indulge a little!
Thank you for sharing Bear Naked. I'll be back for more!
