Look of the Day – Taking cover thanks to this trusty aztec cardigan.
Aztec cardigan, Sheinside. Tank top and leather panel leggings, Forever 21. Heels, Memorata by CLN. Necklace, Li’s Closet. Fringe bag, Terranova.
Cardigans have become a part of fall season. Being one who lives in a tropical country, I can only wear such during rainy days. Believe me, our rainy season can go on for weeks and weeks that I sometimes reach a point where I’ve worn all my sweaters in a row. That’s where jackets and cardigans come in handy. I can wear my summer staples like tanks and shirts then simply layer it with the first outerwear I could grab in the closet. Done!
As promised, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the movies I’ve watched last Sunday:
Wolf of Wall Street – This movie is amazing. Wait, let me rephrase that, Leonardo DiCaprio is amazing! He portrayed the character so well that he became Belfort himself. Hmmm… What can I say about this one? Money can really change a person. More money then that makes one breed greed. This is inspired by true story too. If I’m not mistaken, description says biography, crime, comedy. I hope Leo gets the Oscar this time!
A Lot like Love – Loooove this movie! But then again, I’m a sucker for rom-coms. Haha! I like it as much as the recent one I watched (titled Made of Honor). It’s an oldie (2007?) but the storyline isn’t that common. If you know any cutesy rom-com, feel free to suggest so I can look it up and download. Lol!
Back to OOTD — The key to wearing a printed cardigan is to keep everything simple and basic. I stuck with an all-black outfit underneath. I applied the formula before in THIS POST.
Statement neckpiece.
Remember when part of Mindanao was struck with heavy rains? This piece of clothing kept me warm while I’m sipping a hot cup of my instant ‘nai cha‘.
I was going for the bodysuit effect but I guess the tank top will do.
Shoes x bag. Love my new bag’s skull zipper. Heeee!
Stay wicked!
