Nothing screams more 2013 than a skirt with frills. Today I'm pairing my new favorite skirt (thank you, Isabel, it is indeed perfect) with another favorite in my wardrobe, a sky blue semi-sheer shirt from Massimo Dutti (I actually realize that the shirt looks white on the pictures, but trust me, it's blue). This outfit took me from day to night just by changing the shoes. In the morning I wore it with patent loafers and to go out for drinks and dinner I took out my red soles for a spin.
