The concept of the latest album from Toronto duo Free n Losh blends classic, well-known jazz and rock tunes with some modern-day styles of electronic, trap, and hip hop. As simple as is sounds, these guys make it sound intricately detailed, as if this were a brand new genre of music. I can honestly say that I have never heard remixes, or music in general, sound like this. The five-track album consists of tasteful remixes that only enhance and refresh a selection of old classic songs. Others have tried, but this is indeed something special that not many producers have been able to pull off so successfully (as far as sound).
