That’s right, “sing for your supper” has taken on a new Sunday morning incarnation.     On January 4^th, 2015, Papagayo’s Charlestown, MA location will be launching their new “Karaoke Brunch” from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. Customer’s that call ahead with their reservation can sign up to belt out a few tunes live on stage and in return they will be awarded a free brunch entrée. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal considering there are dishes like Classic French Toast with thick cut griddled brioche bread and cinnamon egg custard, The Brunch Stack with pan seared filet mignon, over easy eggs, crispy corn tortillas, cotija, avocado relish, salsa roja and refried beans and five different types of eggs benedict and amazing morning cocktails.    Don’t have the moxy to sing your rendition of “Call Me Maybe” for a waffle?
