At least four people were killed and a dozen others injured in the blast on a shrine in Shikarpur on Monday.
The blast took place at Dargah Pir Hajan Shah in Marri village on the outskirts of Shikarpur when an unknown man threw a bag full of explosives in shrine and fled the scene, eye witnesses said.
The injured and the dead have been rushed to the Civil Hospital Shikarpur. Five people including the Gaddi Nasheen of shrine are said to be in critical condition and death toll is feared to climb.
