arrggh...sorry.  I went out for Denver restaurant week tonight and was totally planning to take pictures but I forgot. :P
We checked out Red Square Euro Bistro, mostly due to the fact that we could actually get a reservation there with seven people during restaurant week - most places were packed including a few of the places that I had really wanted to try (ChoLon, Rioja, and Root Down).  It was allright but not amazing, I had a spring greens, fig, evoo, pine nut, and apple salad to start and substituted the veggie lasagna for the usual restaurant week choices since the only meat they had that I really had any interest in eating was duck and I don't like duck that much.  Dessert (which was probably the highlight) was guinness chocolate cake with candied almonds and blackberry sorbet.  Sadly even though it was good it SOUNDS a lot more amazing than it actually was.  It was fun to catch up with friends and venture down to downtown Denver and out of my comfort zone for a change though!
