Forget the Scale

By Becca1122 @fitnesscrazedd

So you are working out several times a week, strength training, using weights, but you’re not seeing results on the scale? It can be deceiving, but don’t fret- you are simply building muscle. When you add strength training and weights into your workout routine, it is best to go by measuring your total body fat percentage. This will give you more accurate results. Usually at the gym, personal trainers are willing to provide you with your measurements or you could use a skin fold caliper on your own.
