I made a slow cooked fish for a family of four. I used a packet of Basics Frozen White Fish Fillet, a tin of Basics Peeled Plum Tomatoes, Basics carrots and added some fresh cherry tomatoes (£1).
These are the ingredients:1 Onion, sliced2 Carrots, peeled and slice in chunk1 bowl of cherry tomatoes1 packet of Basic frozen white fish fillet1 tin of peeled plum tomatoes2 tablespoon of Tomatoes purée
