Did you know that for the six years we've been writing on Living the Dream and traveling the world, we have neither used nor owned a smart phone? Yep. All of our work, photography uploads, and social media was done whenever we were at our computers. After ending our RTW trip we made one major technological upgrade- we bought a smart phone.To be honest, I didn't want one.
What I did want; however, was Instagram.
Living the Dream's Newest Social Media Channel
For our Instagram channel, we wanted to do something different. It would be all well and good if we shared great travel photos, but we already do that on Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest. Adding in a fourth social media account doing the exact same would be a waste of our time.
So we thought to ourselves, what could we do that is new?
On our Instagram profile, we're going to take you behind the scenes on how we run our business. This is to coincide with our new posting series that we will be launching in early 2015 with a similar topic (but more on that coming soon).
The photos we are going to share include the background on our daily work routine here at Living the Dream, the process of us cooking international meals for Eat Your Passport, and sharing a few of our top travel photos from time to time (okay, I can't help myself when I have 70,000 to choose from and travel frequently).
