Floral skirts will always be a hot trend in women's fashion for the simple reason that women love flowers.
I could pair this skirt with neutral-color tops like gray, ivory, white or black, but I chose to highlight a color from the flowers on the skirt hence the bright blue shirt. Since I already have on two obvious colors for my shirt and purse I decided to keep things balanced with my confirmed trusty tan ankle straps.
