Your most memorable wedding.This summer I worked with Jasper Conran on creating an English Country Garden affair at Brompton Oratory, it was all in the detail, a bit nerve racking and had me teetering out of a high windows flinging peach petals over a crowd of top hats and tails.
What flowers did you have at your own wedding?It was in France in my parents’ orchard so early crab apples, mirabelles, dill, hydrangea, mint and wild white roses in old cider bottles.
What is your favorite flower?A blousey buttermilk peony.

Favourite Song: Peel me a grape by Blossom Dearie.Favourite Month: March when everything changes, daffs start crooning and blossom bursts and ends up in milk bottles on our boat.
Favourite Drink: Red red wine –always and forever.
Favourite Food: Anything of a canapé variety….and bonfire night bangers and mashFavourite Word: witcheypoomagic, it so has to be said with a nose twitch and it gets me through many a moment.
