Melon is fleshy fruit which available in
summer season. The word "melon" can refer to either the plant or
specifically to the fruit. Many differentcultivarshave been produced, particularly of
muskmelons. Now melon has many varieties available like honeydew, water melon,
muskmelon, cantaloupe melon and more. This time I tried melon juice for summer
season which made with two simple ingredients melon and coconut water. You can
use honey in this recipe for sweetness instead of sugar. You can add coconut
milk instead of water and melon smoothie is ready.

Ingredients:
1 Honeydew Melon
1/4 Cup Coconut Water
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Few Ice Cubes
Instructions:
Take the melon flesh into blender with sugar,
coconut water and juice. Blend it till to smooth consistency and add ice. Serve
chilled immediately.
Notes: Serve immediately after preparing juice. You
can use honey instead of sugar.
