Fleetmatics Wins Silver Stevie® Award for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service

We are excited to announce that Fleetmatics has been awarded the Silver Stevie® award for the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service category.

The submission for this category highlighted the task of integrating Fleetmatics and SageQuest customer support teams, and the implementation of the CARE front-line support system to provide swift, thorough and effective resolution to customer issues. As we serve over 22,000 customers across our different product offerings, customer service is of the ultimate importance to us.

Six other technology and software companies were nominated in this category. The winners were announced on Friday, February 21 at the Stevies’ gala at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of sales, business development, customer service, and call/contact center professionals worldwide.
