Fish Tacos With Heavenly Cream Sauce

We love the opportunity to not only discover local cultures and meet new people, but to try new cuisines as well. Getting to know many new flavors and smells is one of the most common reasons why so many love traveling. Unfortunately this year it is much more difficult, but do't worry! I promise that your stomach will beat with the rhythm of Mexican maracas after we show you how quickly and easily you can prepare delicious and fresh Fish Tacos.

Lets start with the sauce, because this is the real hero of this recipe 😉

- Half cup of chopped green onions

- Half cup of chopped fresh cilantro

- 2 Teaspoons grated lime zest

- 2 Teaspoons of lime juice

- 2 cloves of garlic

- Pinch of salt

- 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise

- 6 tablespoons of cream

Tacos :

2 Pounds fresh fish (could be cot fish, halibut or red snapper)

2 Teaspoons cumin powder

2 teaspoons couliander powder

Teaspoon/half teaspoon ground smoked paprika

Salt and red pepper flakes to taste

Low-carbohydrate tortilla - in our video, I recommend which on is best and easily you will find in the store.

Young spinach or selected lettuce

Red cabbage

Our few easy steps to make this tasty tacos :

1.To prepare sause, combine all ingredients in a small bowl set aside.

2. Cut the fish into small cubes

3. Put all marinade spices into one bowl/plate, mix.

4.Add the mix of spices to the fish and stir. Then marinate fish for five minutes.

5.Fry the fillet pieces in a grilled skillet with a little bit of avocado oil or olive oil.

6.Toast tortillas, put fish inside with sauce, cabbage, and spinach.
