Dharma Productions and UTV Motion Pictures have unveiled the first poster for Karan Johar’s Gippi. The project is directed by debutant Sonam Nair, who has also extended her hand on story writing, screenplay and dialogues. It is produced by Karan Johar and music for the film is given by Vishal-Shekhar.
Bollywood stars Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor, Imran Khan, Varun Dhawan and Parineeti Chopra have been providing exclusive introduction to Gippi for the past one week.
Riya Vij and Taaha Shah play the main leads. The movie also features Divya Dutta, Doorva Tripathi, Jayati Modi, Avanti Talwar and Pankaj Dheer.
Gippi is scheduled to hit theatres on 10th May, 2013.
