Finish the Flower Card

By Kathybarbro @KathyBarbro
Finish the Flower Card Here’s a quick project that can make a very pretty spring card. I found some public domain photos, and printed just half of my favorite symmetrical flower. For your convenience, you can download my template for this flower HERE.
1. Print the pdf template out on paper – watercolor will look best. 2. Color the missing side with watercolor pencils. I’ve gone and spoiled myself by trying Derwent Inktense Pencils. The colors just pop off the page. This is what you save those Michaels coupons for. 3. Brush water over the pencil coloring to turn it into paint. Try not to stir the colors too much so they stay clean, and not muddy. This would make a great Cre8time project, for those that are trying to add more creativity to their busy lives.
