Heidi:
At my heaviest I was 225 pounds at only 5'2. I was so physically tired carrying around the weight. I have an office job and kids that were older so my lifestyle really supported my obesity. I could get away with sitting most of the day at work and then when I got home I could do the same. Each day I would sit more and more because it was so exhausting to me to do anything else. So I just stopped trying. One day when I was bringing groceries into the house I really lost my breath. I had to take a break between each trip back to the car. It was that day in 2018 that I decided I HAD to do something. I had been on every program you can think of before that, but I went right back online to sign up for a paid program. Once there I decided to look into weight loss surgery. I wanted something that would work this time! Then I saw how much it cost! No way I thought. It wouldn't be an option for me and my insurance didn't cover it. So, I google weight loss surgery without insurance and magically Beliteweight came up in that search! Being able to talk to real people and use a company that is based in the US sealed the deal for me. I had my surgery on December 7, 2018. I was still 225 pounds on surgery day.I have so many non scale victories I could continue typing for the next month. Everything I do is physically easy to me now. It doesn't even cross my mind anymore. I think about something I want to do and I just do it. No regrets after at all. This has changed my life. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself. The hospital there was better and cleaner than any I've ever been to here in the states. The surgeons are very attentive and really spend the time with you that is needed. I met my surgeon the moment I walked into the center. I had absolutely no issue communicating with any of the staff there. I literally speak zero amount of Spanish. They took great care of me before and after my surgery. If you're ready to start living again... this is the way to go!!! I'm so excited about my life I'm living right now and look forward to the life I get to live in the future. I am now one year and 2 months post op. I hit my goal weight of 125 one year post op. I am now currently at 118. I am healthy and active! I just returned from a trip to Cabo where I was able to wear a regular bathing suit. You know what I mean, one that I didn't have to be completely covered. I had spent many years avoiding trips and being around the water. I had to wear bathing suits that covered my entire stomach and shorts or a skirt kind of bottom to hide the thighs. I felt like to go to the beach or the pool I was still fully dressed. During my trip I never once felt like people were staring at me. I spent most of the days by the pool or at the beach... in my bikini!!! It felt amazing.
