This is a Festive Seasonal Creamy smoothy that I created because I had 2 ripe persimmons in the house that I needed to use up! So, this is what I created. The smoothy itself is vegan, gluten-free & is a great yummy breakfast! :)

Recipe: For 4 cups = 1000 ml
Ingredients:
1 frozen peeled banana
300 ml unsweetened soymilk
2 ripe persimmons, cleaned, top & white stem inside removed, cut up into chunks
1/2 cup gluten-free medium-sized oats (50 gr)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method:
- Place all ingredients into your Vitamix or blender & blend until smooth & creamy! Pour into lovely large smoothy glasses & enjoy straight away! :) This smoothy is festive, creamy & super delicious too! Stay Tuned!
