How is August treating you so far? weather here in the south has been gloomy and rainy, nothing like a sad reminder that summer is ending ( I mean, I’ll miss the 90 plus degrees weather ). Although we get 300 plus sunny days here, the hot weather during summer is still my favorite that’s probably because I was raised in the Philippines where the temperature is usually above the 90’s and humidity is about 100%. Anyway, the good news is that I can finally have all day picnics at one of the parks we have here where I can read, write, or perhaps paint (without soaking in sweat under the summer heat). So September bring it on! ;)

Handbag is thrifted from Sunshine Thrift store.
Skirt has no brand in it but I remember purchasing this below $5, it was originally a dress that I cut into 2 pieces (as a skirt and a bandeau).

Finally at the end of my usual posts where I post a portrait of myself. Pardon my “messy wet hair” I was in a rush that day and didn’t had the time to dry it,I only was able to put on my BB facial cream and Revlon raspberry lipstick. But on my next post, I’ll have my hair up so watch out for that ;)
